Returns
  • Susie, Aaron, and k are the only employees, they have a limited schedule and policies are based within the limits of their abilities. 

  • All sales are final, generally speaking, we cannot accept returns. If the order is damaged refunds will be issued upon photo proof of damage.

  • All items except for any marked DTG are hand printed and may include variances in prints including slight inconsistencies within the print. we quality check every shirt and pull out items with significant error. 

  • If you receive the wrong size or print, we are happy to offer a discount code or refund, but will require photo proof of the mistake. We make a serious effort to post the correct sizing. If something doesn't fit and you would like to replace it, IF IT IS NOT A DTG SHIRT depending on current stock we may be able to switch it for a restocking fee, generally around 10$. We cannot switch sizes for DTG clothing as they are printed with another company. 

  • DTG and CUSTOM CLOTHING cannot be returned for sizing incompatibility, we measure each piece individually and it is the customer's responsibility to make sure they will be able to wear the item as it is one of a kind. 

  • On the rare occasion a stock error occurs and we run out of the product you ordered, a refund will be issued.

  • If incorrect addresses are given, orders will be automatically refunded. we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. For DTG releases, we will give you one address mistake and resend items returned for bad addresses one time for free. Any mistakes after this will not be comped, and the customer will need to pay an extra fee for the shipping, as it is not free for us and very time consuming. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF ORDER. 

 

Shipping for everything BESIDES DTG

  • Susie, Aaron and k are the only employees, meaning we print, process, pack and ship every single item. 

  • The local post office has requested that due to the high volume of packages, we print labels from home. Therefore priority 2 day shipping is the only form of shipping we currently have available with the integrated shipping via my storefront that accommodates the type of package we ship. 

  • We ship on friday. Two day priority mail does not ensure that your package will arrive within two days. Especially with difficult weather, Corona virus and underfunding of USPS, it may take longer. 

  • We are currently not shipping internationally besides canada, and will announce when that becomes available once again. 

  • Please consider that our shipping fee covers not only priority shipping (which is only 2-3$ more than ground and comes with better tracking and faster delivery time) it also covers the cost of packaging and the time it takes to pack. Generally we are paying ourselves under 50 cents for both the packaging and labor of shipping, which can be just as time consuming as the printing process.
